I have found that my best Blu-ray experience on the Mac comes through using XBMC. I have tried VLC, MPLayer, Plex and XBMC. This video will outline the process of deciphering a Blu-ray's original file structure in order to determine the location of the feature film. It will also demonstrate playback from the local drive. I am currently using a 17" MacBook Pro 2.8Ghz as such results will vary.
